Kiloview RN-40 Overview
Kiloview RN-40 is a bi-directional HDMI to NDI encoding/decoding card designed for Kiloview rackmount chassis RU01/RU03.
It supports 4Kp60 HDMI encoding to NDI High Bandwidth with loop-through for local monitoring, or decoding NDI High Bandwidth streams back to HDMI output.
Ideal for 4K IP-based production workflows, RN-40 ensures high-quality, low-latency video transmission and supports seamless switching between encoding and decoding modes.
Bi-directional 4K HDMI ↔ NDI High Bandwidth Conversion
The RN-40 supports encoding HDMI signals (up to 4Kp60) into NDI High Bandwidth streams or decoding NDI streams back to HDMI. With HDMI loop-through, it enables real-time monitoring and efficient signal routing, ideal for IP-based 4K/HD workflows.

The RN-40 delivers 4Kp60 video encoding/decoding with YCbCr 4:2:2 color sampling, ensuring vibrant color and consistent image quality for high-end productions.
