Quickly expand your small home or business network to support computers, storage, smart TVs, and more with the Netgear GS308EP 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Compliant Managed Switch. Designed as a step-up from unmanaged switches while still providing plug-and-play convenience, the GS308EP provides essential Layer 2 features with an easy-to-use management interface. It also features eight PoE+ compliant Gigabit Ethernet ports with a 62W budget, supporting powered devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points.

Its 16 Gb/s switching capacity helps to ensure smooth data transfers while support for VLAN traffic segmentation helps to secure access for connected devices. Simply connect the switch to your router and use the web-based configuration utility to get set up. No additional hardware devices or software drivers are required.

Other features include QoS traffic prioritization for optimized audio and video communications and DoS attack prevention. The GS308EP has a fanless design with a metal chassis that allows it to operate silently when mounted onto a desktop or wall so that it won’t disturb your working environment.
