Shipping Options

• MCX.STORE offers ARAMEX Overnight (Parcel) for shipping within the UAE, and Value Express Parcels and Priority Parcel Express shipping options for those outside the UAE. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Countries Served: We ship within the GCC countries such as (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates). 

Shipping Times

• Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping option. Parcel Express will be delivering within a 2-3 day time period within GCC and Value Express Parcel typically takes 3–7 business days.
• These estimates may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order. These fees will be clearly displayed before confirming the purchase.

Delayed Shipments

We strive to ensure prompt delivery of all products. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
