Return Eligibility

MCX.STORE accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is in unused condition and unopened.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories (if any) and the original invoice are included with the return.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at support@mcx.store with their order details and reason for return.
  • MCX.STORE reserves the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may be declined if the product has been used, opened, or if accessories are missing.

Exchanges

  • At this time, MCX.STORE does not offer direct exchanges. If a product qualifies for return, the customer may purchase a new product after the refund is issued.

Return Shipping Fees

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective.
