    MCX.STORE is an online platform where you can purchase premium audio and video solutions distributed by MediaCast in the Middle East.

    We ship to all GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).

    Yes, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your preferences easily.

    Orders and Payments

    You can place an order directly through our website. Add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

    Shipping

    We offer ARAMEX Overnight (Parcel) for shipping within the UAE, and Value Express Parcels and Priority Parcel Express shipping options for those outside the UAE. Fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

    Delivery times depend on your location and shipping option. Parcel Express will be delivering within a 2-3 day time period within GCC and Value Express Parcel typically takes 3–7 business days.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like customs processing or courier issues. We will keep you informed of any delays.

    Returns and Refunds

    You can return products within 14 days if they meet the following conditions: unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with no damage.

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

    Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
