The ATEM SDI Pro ISO Switcher from Blackmagic Design is a powerful four-input live-production switcher, tailored for multi-camera live streaming up to HD quality. With integrated control features, it allows live streaming over Ethernet and recording via its USB output. Not only can the device record the main program output, but it also captures individual 3G-SDI inputs directly to an external USB drive (not included). This setup captures embedded and analog audio inputs, and generates a DaVinci Resolve project file of your live stream, enabling post-production editing and adjustments using the captured source material.
Maintaining the same form factor and button layout as the ATEM Mini Pro, the ATEM SDI Pro ISO adds advanced functionality such as ISO recording and DaVinci Resolve project generation. It supports upstream and downstream keyers, an advanced chroma keyer, two linear/luma keyers, DVE transition keyers, pattern generators, and color generators. The media player supports up to 20 stills in formats like PNG, TGA, BMP, JPEG, and TIFF.
With the ATEM Software Control Panel, you can monitor data rates, audio meters, configuration, and the status of your live stream. It also enables setup for streaming to the optional Blackmagic Design Streaming Bridge. The switcher can stream video up to 1080p HD and features quick-access buttons for stream, on-air, and record functions, powered by its hardware encoder—removing the need for external streaming software.
