Manufacturer’s Warranty


  • All products sold on MCX.STORE come with a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.


Warranty Coverage



  • The warranty includes repair or replacement of the defective product, subject to inspection by the manufacturer.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Improper use or negligence.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Wear and tear from normal use.


Claiming Warranty



  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@mcx.store with proof of purchase and details of the defect.

  • MCX.STORE will guide you through the next steps, including product inspection and repair or replacement procedures.


Repair Process



  • Products eligible for warranty claims will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal value may be provided.


Exclusions



  • The warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with, opened, or misused in any way that does not align with the product’s intended use.
