Warranty Policy
Manufacturer’s Warranty
- All products sold on MCX.STORE come with a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
- The warranty includes repair or replacement of the defective product, subject to inspection by the manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper use or negligence.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
Claiming Warranty
- To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@mcx.store with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
- MCX.STORE will guide you through the next steps, including product inspection and repair or replacement procedures.
Repair Process
- Products eligible for warranty claims will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the product is no longer available, a similar product of equal value may be provided.
Exclusions
- The warranty is void if the product is found to have been tampered with, opened, or misused in any way that does not align with the product’s intended use.
